SECURITY & GOVERNANCE

Evidence over assertion.

Decision infrastructure only earns trust if its own conclusions are traceable, versioned, and honest about what it does and doesn't know. Here is how that principle is applied operationally.

Evidence-traceable decisions

Trust, risk, and readiness conclusions are derived from underlying observations, not asserted outright — and are versioned so a decision can be explained after the fact.

Explicit failure states

When evidence is unavailable or stale, that state is surfaced explicitly rather than defaulting to a silent pass.

Deterministic where it matters

Healthcare Intelligence scoring is deterministic for pinned model versions, with calibrated confidence rather than opaque outputs.

No payload retention by default

Healthcare Intelligence scoring payloads are processed in-memory and not retained by default. Feedback notes are screened for PHI-like patterns.

Model validation, governance, and API-specific detail

Full model-validation summaries, runtime security defaults, and rate-limit/error-code documentation live in the product documentation, not repeated here.
